Franco was born in Belluno Cattapan October 31, 1959, graduated from the Art Institute of Cittadella (Padova), later attended a number of studies of artists specializing in the picture. After going through various artistic experiences (from portrait to Neorealism) for some time is devoted to a general pop-surrealist, using different techniques: the oil tempera, mixed media from the fresco.

Former president of the association “Free Art” in Castelfranco Veneto, has exhibited in many solo and collective, in Italy as in other European cities, and getting numeosi prestigious awards. The artist author in 2003 of the Cloth of the Palio horse in Feltre (Belluno), for several years has been teaching drawing and painting. He made several paintings in both public and private places.

At the request of authors and publishers have created the illustrations of literary works, and some of his works were chosen in special sets for film and television. Artist’s works have been included in various publications, catalogs and magazines.
