Aynur Pehlivanlı was born in Ankara. She studied art in the workshop of a famous Turkish painter Kayıhan Keskinok.
Artist opened several personel exhibitions and joined many group exhibitions in Türkiye. She was invited to Bulgaria five times. She opened four personal exhibitions in Sofia and Varna; and also participated in a group exhibition “Cats” with Bulgarian Artists. One of her paintings from her exhibition in Sredetz Gallery, Sofia in April 2011, chosen to the collection of The Sofia Arsenal Museum of Contemporary Art and also two paintings from the same exhibition, chosen to the collection of Bulgarian Ministry of Culture. She is one of the founders of Group 16. She is also one of the members of FAM (Mediterranean Female Artists) Association. In July of 2006 and 2008, she participated in the Cappadocia Mustafapasa Modern Art Festival. On December 2011,she will take part in Florance Biennale (Biennale Internazionale Dell’Arte Contemporanea Firenze – Fortezza da Basso). She participated 4th Art Edition “International Contemporary Masters 2011”. Since 1988, she is one of the two managers of Armoni Art Gallery, Ankara, Türkiye.
