Focused on Creativity

My interests, apart from paintings, are literature, music (I`m playing the piano), nature and I`m writing poems to my paintings. Music, words, colours and pattern creates in my opinion complete art.  When I paint I am listening to music. When I am watching the painting I recognize memories. When I am writing poems I am listening to the music, seeing the colours and I like these thoughts when I paint:

Platon the Greec philosopher, stated that there is another reality in addition to the reality we can percept around us. This other reality is, though we can not percept it, more real, more fundamental and even more  important than the perceptive reality.

My interest has its background in both education and hobby where religion, astrology and existential questions get an even broader part of my attention. My expression is intuitive. I seek another reality than the one we can see and feel around us. Therefore I`m in the search for something else, a power, a source, a mystery I`m a part of. The art will be the tool to get in contact with the source.

My way of expression is open which symbolizes life and man under continuous development and change. My hope and wish are to convey the force and energy that every human being possesses. I love to paint what is beyond and behind, what we can not see, but may feel: The eye beyond, The sound of life, Portal, The knob of love…

Here is one of my poems:

The hidden eye

Like the river

life floats throughthe hidden eye.

Like the river

you see your life in the hidden eye.
